You Were Bought With a Price

Have you ever really wanted something expensive like a special car, a new house, or a nice piece of jewelry? You worked very hard to save up to purchase it. After getting it, you felt the joy of ownership. That is what God did for you.
He wanted to have you as His own child, in His own family. He gave the greatest gift He had to purchase you. God in heaven gave His Son Jesus Christ to come to the earth and die and be resurrected, so God could have you as His own child. That is how much He loves you.
1 Corinthians 6:20 says that you were bought at a price and you belong to God. You are worth something, God says so. He says you are precious in His sight. He says He's given you everything that pertains to life. He says you are born of Him and the devil can't touch you.
God wants you to know today, that because you belong to Him you are blessed.
Say this, "I belong to God therefore I am blessed today!!!"
